The
idea of establishing a learning institution was prompted by the desire
of the founders to provide access for an affordable quality education.
ST. THERESE is the product of more than a year of planning by
originally six result-oriented educators who were propelled by their
vision to organize learning institution that will provide affordable
quality education to the masses. Pooling their resources together, the
group started their dream and courageously faced challenges in the
business world of education. With the group’s convincing efforts and
positive thinking, equipped with their common belief and principle,
more and more members of the academe and interested parties have joined
until they realized that their group grew to more than 20 members.

Thus,
on May 23, 2003, the school was registered with the Securities and
Exchange Commission under the name ST. THERESE OF THE CHILD JESUS
INSTITUTE OF ARTS AND SCIENCES, INC. It is a non-stock, non-sectarian
corporation which is wholly owned by highly competent and well-seasoned
group of educators in their own fields of specialization.
The
school’s commitment is simple. It is to provide quality and most
affordable education to the masses. To carry out this professional
mission, the school operates under the system, organization and
management principles observed in educational institutions with
determination and respect to the rights of others.
